商品の受け渡し時期：基本的に72時間以内に送付。渡航認証保留やその他申請情報不備・米国合衆国側でのシステムメンテナンスやアメリカ側での都合にて 72時間をオーバーする例外も発生することが御座います。72時間を超えましたら、米国合衆国と確認を取るなどの確認作業をさせて頂きますのでご連絡下さいませ。

Even if the United States determines that you are not eligible for a refund, you will not be eligible for a refund. Final entry into the United States is at the discretion of the immigration officer (or customs officer). In addition, it is at the discretion of the airline personnel concerned to determine whether or not you are allowed to board the aircraft for departure to the destination country. There is no guarantee that you will be able to complete your ESTA application by your requested date. The applicant will be responsible for all damages caused by delays or refusals by CBP.
